" Kelsey Bayley will be representing Barbados at the Youth Olympic Games being held in Singapore, August 14th to 27th. Kelsey achieved her Certificate of Capability at a recent FEI Cat A competition in Puerto Rico. Congrats to Kelsey and we wish her all the very best in Singapore.
